Eiduk Tax & Wealth operates an SMS text messaging program for the purpose of servicing our existing and prospective tax advisory clients. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our SMS program and supplement our general Terms of Service and SMS Privacy Policy. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Eiduk Tax & Wealth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Who Can Participate
To receive SMS messages from us, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Own or control the mobile phone number you provide
- Be a current client, prospective client, or individual who has explicitly requested communications from our firm
- Reside in the United States
Types of Messages You Will Receive
Our SMS program is transactional, not promotional. Messages are limited to the following categories related to your tax advisory services:
- Estimated tax payment reminders — quarterly notifications of upcoming Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 estimated tax deadlines
- Appointment confirmations and reminders — for scheduled discovery calls, quarterly reviews, tax planning meetings, and other booked appointments
- Document request notifications — when we need information, signatures, or documents from you to complete your work
- Onboarding confirmations — engagement letter signed, client portal access ready, next-step guidance
- Account and service updates — important notices about changes to your tax advisory services
We do not send marketing, promotional offers, advertisements, or any messages outside these transactional categories.
Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 1–4 messages per month. Frequency varies based on:
- Your active service tier (Essentials, Pathway, TAS-0, TAS-L)
- Proximity to quarterly tax deadlines (April 15, June 15, September 15, January 15)
- Scheduled appointments and document requests on your account
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Eiduk Tax & Wealth does not charge for SMS messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan's messaging rates.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to our SMS program only through explicit, affirmative consent. The following methods constitute valid opt-in:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form at eiduktaxandwealth.com or app.eiduktaxandwealth.com, including our scorecard, scanner, ROI calculator, and contact forms
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox during client onboarding within your client portal at app.eiduktaxandwealth.com
- Providing written consent in your signed engagement letter
- Verbal consent provided during a phone call, then confirmed in writing via email
We do not automatically opt anyone in. You must take affirmative action to consent.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further SMS from Eiduk Tax & Wealth.
- Email us at [email protected] with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
- Call our office at 847-874-5299 during business hours
Opting out of SMS does not terminate your tax advisory relationship with us and does not affect your ability to receive communications from us by email, phone, or through the client portal.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Technical Delivery
We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. All messages originate from a dedicated 10-digit long code (10DLC) number registered to Eiduk Tax & Wealth. We do not use short codes, toll-free numbers, or third-party messaging services.
Your Consent
By opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our SMS Privacy Policy
- You understand that standard message and data rates may apply
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any product or service from Eiduk Tax & Wealth
Disclaimers
Do not send confidential information via SMS. SMS messages are transmitted over public wireless networks and cannot be guaranteed to be secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive data via SMS. Eiduk Tax & Wealth is not liable for any delay, failure, or error in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email at least 7 days before taking effect, giving you the opportunity to opt out before the changes apply.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
