Eiduk Tax & Wealth is a professional tax advisory and wealth management practice operated by John Eiduk, CPA, CFP®. We serve individuals, S-Corporation owners, partnerships, LLCs, sole proprietors, trusts, and other entities with tax planning, tax preparation, advisory, and accounting services.

Why the practice exists

Most business owners are served by two people who never speak to each other: a CPA who files the return after the year is over, and an advisor who manages the portfolio without ever seeing the return. The decisions that matter most — entity structure, retirement funding, how and when to realize a gain — sit precisely in the gap between them.

“They wanted a system that connects every strategy to real wealth. So I built one.” That system is the work of this practice: one advisor who is both a CPA and a CFP®, running the tax plan and the wealth plan as a single coordinated engagement rather than two opinions that have to be reconciled by the client.

How the work is organized

The Pathway™ — Pay Less

Advanced tax-reduction strategies matched to your actual entities and accounts, implemented and documented through the year rather than reported on after it.

Cash Allocation System™ — Keep More

What the business pays you, what it holds back, and where the rest goes — so the tax savings become cash you can see instead of a number on a projection.

The Wealth System™ — Build Wealth

A professional review of the portfolio, coordinated with the tax plan, by the same advisor who wrote it.

Who we work with

Business owners and high earners whose situation is complex enough that the return and the portfolio have to be planned together — commonly dentists, chiropractors, veterinarians and other healthcare practice owners, high-earning W-2 households, and rental property owners. The same system applies well beyond business owners; what it needs is a situation where coordination is worth something.

How implementation works

A tax plan is only worth what gets implemented, and some of that implementation is not a CPA’s job: a trust has to be drafted, an entity has to be insured, payroll has to actually run. Where a strategy needs a specialist, you are introduced to one with the context already written down — the strategy, the deadline, and what “done” looks like. You are not handed off. The plan stays mine; the specialists execute the pieces that require their license.

Already have an attorney or an agent you like? Keep them. See the specialists we work with for how that side is run.

Credentials. John Eiduk is one of the few tax advisors who holds both the CPA and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations, plus a degree in Information Technology — which is why this practice runs on software built for it rather than on a spreadsheet. Based in Palatine, Illinois, working with clients nationally.

Talk it through

The first conversation is a consultation, not a pitch — we look at what your current structure is actually costing you and whether this practice is the right fit.
