When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Eiduk Tax & Wealth, we collect:

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1-4 messages per month, depending on your service tier and the time of year (higher frequency near quarterly tax deadlines, lower frequency during non-peak periods).

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan and carrier. Eiduk Tax & Wealth does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
• Emailing us at info@eiduktaxandwealth.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
• Calling our office at 847-874-5299 during business hours

Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from us. Opting out of SMS does not affect our ability to contact you by email or phone for tax advisory services.
